Employee Spotlight: Dawn Baldridge

Get to know Dawn Baldridge, Director of National Accounts at Rockfarm St. Louis, as she shares her journey in the logistics industry.

Dawn began her career in logistics in 2004 by taking a brokerage apprentice position at DTS in Wentzville, MO. Upon her completion and graduation from the apprenticeship, Hogan contacted Dawn, and she went to work in their logistics department. She also went back to school and completed her MBA.

Following that experience, she then moved onto Yusen/NYK where she spent several years handling large corporate accounts and building a dedicated carrier base.  She left the industry after the birth of her only child in 2012.  While she was away from logistics, she took a paralegal apprentice position, went back to school, and worked in law for seven years.

“Now that my son is older, I decided I was ready to get back into the logistics industry and found my way to Rockfarm St. Louis through Brad Reinhardt, ” Dawn said. “I am very happy that I have made that decision.”

Outside of her career, Dawn likes to study theology and keep up on current publications on genetics, quantum physics, and recent scientific discoveries.  She is an avid follower of NASA who loves to star gaze with her son. Dawn has recently discovered a love for wood working and built a large tree house for her son with her brothers help.
